With head upright, insert nozzle in nostril and spray quickly and firmly. 
Spray 2 to 3 times.  Use as often as needed or as directed by a physician.

Purified Water, Sea Salt, Aloe Barbadensis Gel, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose,
Slippery Elm (Ulmus Fulva) Extract, Althea Officinalis Extract and Fenugreek
(Trigonella Foenumgracecum) Extract, Sodium Benzoate, Benzalkonium Chloride,
and Disodium EDTA as perservatives, Sodkum Monophosphate and Disodium Phosphate
as buffering agents.
